Wonderstorm

Building Xadia.
Beyond the screen.

I joined Wonderstorm as Franchise Lead to expand Netflix's Emmy Award-winning animated series
The Dragon Prince beyond the screen, building new stories, products, partnerships, and experiences around a world with much more to explore. Across creative, publishing, product, marketing, and external partnerships I utilized the franchise's long-term potential, leading it into new opportunities for our audience.

FOCUS

fRANCHISE · sTORY · CREATIVE · pRODUCTION

As Franchise Lead, I shaped the long-term strategy for The Dragon Prince, working across creative direction, production, and franchise & brand management.

I led cross-functional teams and external partners through new initiatives, balancing audience needs, creative opportunities, and business goals as we expanded the world across new formats and experiences.

A Voice for Xadia

IN THE PRESS

"I need to call out Emily Marzonie who is our fantastic franchise manager and creative executive at Wonderstorm who makes sure all those things have the right creative alignment. We met her as a fan who happened to be an art director and someone with a lot of leadership experience but also already got the show and loved it.

She was already the perfect person to help us make sure there's creative continuity between the different partnerships and things we're doing. That said, she plays a critical role in what has always been the vision. We were going to find partners and teams to help us build those things and would invest themselves into something that would build off the vision."
